COVID-19 Protocols and Updates

The Phoenix Centre adheres to stringent protocols in order to ensure the safety of our patients. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Screening questions 24 hours prior to and again the day of each appointment
• All appointments are spaced apart so no overlap of patients occurs
• We utilize an air purifier and open the windows between patients (and during treatment, weather permitting)
• All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected hourly
• All staff have been triple vaccinated and wear N95 masks
• We request that patients wear medical grade masks as opposed to cloth
